Our Service Experience

Our Service Experience Have you ever heard a teacher say “It’s not the kids, it’s the parents”? Well it’s not the computers, it’s the customer/end users. And retail is the worst. I owned my own computer repair shop for just shy of 13 years. 98% of the customers were great people and thankful for my help. Those 2% made life very frustrating. They don’t understand how computers work, they do things that make the machines malfunction and then they blame you. Kind of like mechanics, you were the last one to work on it and even though I crashed my car you should fix it for free. It’s the same problem I had last time. It’s hardly ever the same problem as last time and if it is the user caused the same issue. I’ve since moved to corporate IT and it’s much better. Still some of the same frustrations, however overall people are much more professional and there are better controls in place to keep the end user in check.
